Locum Physician (MD/MO) - Family Practice in Douglasville, GA
Looking for provider to work M-F 8a - 5p in the clinic.
Provider will be required to prescribe narcotics.
Please also list all dates provider can work.
Once credentialing receives a complete package, please allow 21 days for credentialing to be completed.
Epic training is required and cannot be completed until credentialing is complete.
All shifts are projected/targeted start times, all contingent on the completion of credentialing.
