Duties include provide administrative support to the Coroner and Coroners Office, take detail information from callers, immediately inform Coroner and Deputy Coroners of action needed to be taken from incoming calls.
; should be computer literate, possess good work ethics, should have excellent communications skills, and provide administrative support to the Coroner and all the Deputy Coroners in the office.
The Administrative Assistant should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and serving as the department's liaison to the public; and, performing a variety of secretarial and administrative duties while performing under limited or very general supervision.
Job Ad Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, supplemented by college-level or vocational course work in a related field.
Two years professional related work experience An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Bilingual (preferred) Must be 18 years of age or older Possess and maintain a valid Georgia drivers license (Class C) and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) if assigned job duties requiring the use of a vehicle.
Employment is contingent on passing a mandatory Physical/Drug Screen/MVR and Background Investigation.
Salary range:
$19.
