Responsibilities:
- Manage billing and invoicing processes - Review and verify accuracy of billing data and invoices - Prepare and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies - Maintain customer records and update billing information as needed - Assist with collections efforts when necessary - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns regarding billing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a billing or clerical role preferred, 1-3 years - Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Google Suite and other software programs - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping - Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette - Experience working in a dental or medical office is a plus - Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with team members If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
