Design Drafter
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production.
You will draw new designs and update our current designs.
During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meeting all necessary design responsibilities.
Responsibilities Draw, update, and maintain designs Manage multiple complex projects at the same time Ensure our designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer Responsibilities Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and time Responsible for reducing written Project Specifications (specs) to 3-D drawings using Solid Works.
Must have experience and demonstrate high level of proficiency using SolidWorks.
Job duties and responsibilities include drawing project items from customer specs, identify purchase requirements, communicate with customer and coordinate with Layout & Welding departments.
Qualifications Very Proficient in SolidWorks Someone who has experience designing with steel and sheet Metal Strong organizational and communication skills Recommended Skills Metalworking Sheet Metal Solid Works (Cad) Welding Drawing Manufacturing Apply to this job.
