Inbound/Outbound Service calls Making deliveries or collecting merchandise Sales and merchandising All other duties deemed necessary by store management Requirements Excellent telephone skills Intermediate math skills Maintain professional appearance Must be able to drive during day, night and meet all safety requirements Must be able to explain terms of rental/lease agreement to customer.
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in person and over telephone Must be able to work overtime Must be proficient in product features, benefits; must be able to work on showroom floor Must have proficient navigational skills with a satisfactory driving record and meet insurability requirements Regular and consistent attendance, including nights and weekends as business dictates.
