The Warehouse Supervisor is a key member of our Warehouse and Supply Chain team and is mainly responsible for the warehouse team and grow into a grassroots management leader in the company Essential Duties/
Responsibilities:
Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials, textbooks, supplies or equipment; complete packing slips for shipments as assigned.
Organizes warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures; advise of budget-related needs; assist in the bid process for various supplies as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain regular attendance.
Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in US Master Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred Attention to detail Dependable and reliable in reference to physical demands and abilities Ability to meet timelines with dynamic fast paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
Problem-solving skills.
