Job Summary This is a customer service position responsible for greeting courthouse visitors and answering the telephone switchboard for the Douglas County courthouse.
Primary duties include answering incoming calls from the public and appropriately routing those calls to the various departments and offices located at the courthouse.
Other duties include updating county telephone directories and answering general information questions regarding county services.
This employee works under the immediate supervision of the Director of Constituent Services.
Job Ad Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, supplemented by college-level or vocational course work in a related field Three years professional work experience in a customer service-related occupation An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Must be 18 years of age or older Possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license (Class C) and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) if assigned job duties require the use of a vehicle Employment is contingent on passing a mandatory Physical/Drug Screen/MVR and Background Investigation.
Salary:
