A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MANAGER As a Manager, you manage the day-to-day operations, while looking out for the best interest of our company, employees, and guests.
You direct daily tasks and call in replacements when needed.
Under your excellent leadership, everyone takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and keeping clean and organized work areas.
Managing hours for payroll efficiently, you coordinate employee schedules.
You also assist with interviewing job applicants and onboarding new hires.
As a hands-on leader, you regularly engage with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our service and products.
With patience and tact, you resolve inquiries and complaints.
You enthusiastically promote sales and new products or services.
You manage inventory.
Keeping careful track of cash, you count out registers at regular intervals.
You always report any significant issues of any kind to upper management.
You love interacting with people every day in a fun environment, and you get satisfaction out of keeping everything running smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MANAGER Good math and cash-handling skills Ability to be on your feet for long periods Ability to lift boxes of supplies regularly Open availability and ability to work long hours (nights are mandatory) Exceptional customer service skills Leadership ability Are you confident and decisive but also fair and open to suggestions?
