Job Description:
Willett's Fresh Start Cleanings, LLC is actively looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as residential cleaners.
This position offers daytime shifts exclusively, ensuring a healthy work-life balance with no night shifts required.
Successful candidates will commit to a minimum of 3 days a week, working approximately 4 to 5 hours per shift.
Schedules may vary and will include availability for at least 2 Saturdays per month.
Travel within College Park, Douglasville, Marietta, Fairburn, and Fayetteville areas will be a regular part of the job.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of cleaning experience preferred.
Training will be provided, and compensation will be offered during the training period.
Punctuality, reliability, and diligence in completing assigned tasks are essential.
Access to reliable transportation is mandatory.
A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently are key attributes.
Comfortable working around pets and capable of handling physical aspects of the job, such as lifting and bending.
Desired Attributes:

Detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and passion for cleanliness.

Energetic individuals with a consistently positive attitude.
3.
Reliability and trustworthiness are non-negotiable qualities.
Requirements:
