Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service in an over the counter retail environment-Process customer shipments via UPS computer systems - Includes weight and measurement of packages-Pack customer packages utilizing UPS Packaging Guidelines and materials.
-Utilize cash register to complete customer transactions; reconcile registers-Mail sorting and placement into customer mailboxes-Perform other mail duties as assigned.
-Sell other products and services of The UPS Store-Assist customers with copy, print, notary and fax services-Perform various printing responsibilities using common software applications.

Qualifications:
-Excellent customer service skills-Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in oral and written (e.

, email) form-Good typing and computer skills-Good quantitative aptitude - ability to work a cash register and reconcile at end of day-Ability to stand for 8 hours; ability to lift 50 lbs.
-High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
